Story STEAM Friday

Fridays 11:15am-12:15pm at Bel Air Sports Cards

This class for 4-6 year old (great for older preschoolers and young homeschoolers) is a combination of our Sensory Science class and Intro to Coding class Children will enjoy process art, sensory bins, engineering and coding challenges centered around a story. 

An example class: Three Little Pigs: sensory bin with story manipulative as their coming in activity, and the story is told. Then we build houses out of straw, sticks, and LEGO bricks and test which holds up the best to wind. Decorate a house to take home. Finally, we re-tell the story with the manipulatives and our Indi Car Robots. In coding Indi we are showing that we understand sequence. 

Ages: 4-7 independent class, an adult stays on site. 

Single Class: $22/child, $20/sibling, select your date. 

November Session: 11/1, 11/8, 11/15: $54/child, $48/sibling select 11/1 at check out

December Session: 12/6, 12/13, 12/20: $54/child, $48/sibling select 12/6 at check out

Make-up/Refund Policy: Please note no refunds are given for missed classes. You are able to make up a missed class by attending another class time, special workshop, or a STEAM Quest Kit will be given in place of the missed class. If you miss more than 2 classes a STEAM Quest Kit will automatically be given unless there is a documented reason. Please reach out to Miss Angie with any questions about our make up policy.
